Abstract:
The present invention discloses a hydroxyacrylate emulsion for a two-component anti-doodling finishing varnish. The hydroxyacrylate emulsion comprises: 100-600 parts of a hydroxy-acrylic resin monomer, 500-1,500 parts of a vinyl-containing monomer, 1-10 parts of a cross-linking monomer, 50-110 parts of an emulsifier, 5-20 parts of an initiator, 0.5-2 parts of a reducing agent, 0-3 parts of a neutralizer, and 2,500-3,600 parts of deionized water. The present invention has the advantages that by means of a reactive emulsifier, the emulsion has a higher reaction activity and a better water resistance; the hydroxyl content of the polymer is increased in a low-solid-content manner (by means of a low solid content); and the emulsion with a high hydroxyl content can improve the cross-linking degree of a final paint film, and enables the paint film to have a higher hardness, water resistance, solvent resistance and doodling resistance.
