Abstract:
A hygienic footwear equipment rack unit to maintain a hygienic environment of a premise and to prevent outdoor footwear handling separately. Slippers for indoor use are constructed along with features to fit to foot sizes in sets of small, medium and large. A conveyer hanger including a magnet to hold and convey the slippers. A method of sanitizing outdoor shoes using UV lamps and a hot air blower. The slippers and conveyor allow for a user to wear sanitized footwear before entering a clean and hygienic premise. The sanitizing of the outdoor shoes reduces the spread of environmental germs, viruses and bacterial and fungal infections carried by the outdoor footwear to remote locations.

I claim,

[Claim 1]

That the claim is, hygienic footwear equipment rack unit may be uniquely arranged assembly unit of its kind for footwear handling equipment unit, interim of health safety, cleanliness, environment hygiene of place and of footwear's need.

[Claim 2]

That the claim is, hygienic footwear equipment rack unit may be categorized in nine equipment levels servicing unit for footwear's, including outdoor footwear's handling separately with advance multiple functions of processes.

1. Placement of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit at indoor entry point.

2. Sanitize footwear bottom part with sanitizer filled liquid tray on ground level of the equipment unit before entering the premises.

3. Wiping the footwear bottom sole after sanitizing with carpet tray doormat or rug and or damp wet soaking material.

4. Keeping outdoor footwear on equipment rack unit and or replace with wearable indoor slippers over footwear and shoes from the magnetic conveyer belts and or chains hands free.

5. Dry and sterilize outdoor shoes from inside, for odor, sweat and infection or allergy causing germs by hot air blower plus UV lamp on open rack 2nd level in open air of equipment unit.

6. Sterilize any kind of footwear from all sides with UV lamp rays in the closet shoe compartment on 3rd level of equipment unit.

7. The top 1st level of the equipment may use for hot air blower, power switches, timer switches, light switch and other electric components function switch for operations.

8. The hygienic footwear equipment rack unit may be fully automated to use from the distance hands free accept, hand held remote device for equipment's electric component functions remotely.

9. The tray drawers on the bottom floor 5th and 6th level of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit may be auto functional with ac/dc power electric motor attach with tray drawers for open close eject function by switch or by hand held remote control device.

That the claim is, hygienic footwear equipment rack unit may be placed in indoor premises at entry point of access area to cutoff or keeping separate indoor environment from outdoor environment for hygiene and health safety reasons.

That the claim is, hygienic footwear equipment rack unit may be comprised with electric components such as hot air blower or ultra violet lamps, magnetic conveyer motor belts and metal chains might be installed within the equipment unit at any level of or order of user's convenience in equipment unit.

That the claim is, with basic arrangement of hard solid board of metal bar on with hanger hooks may be placed at entry point of premises to hang newly designed slippers sets for use over the shoes or footwear's slip in slippers flap and or replacement of footwear with slippers for hygienic reasons before entering in a clean and hygienic place. This may also with no mechanical arrangements required to maintain.

A HYGIENIC FOOTWEAR EQUIPMENT RACK UNIT

[1] Description.

The new invention is related to hygienic footwear equipment rack unit, comprise of components and units assembled together for various functionality to maintain hygiene and cleanliness of indoor environment from spreading bacteria, fungal, viral, germs of decease and contaminating floor of indoor place from the shoes or footwear of outdoor foot print to the inside environment. The equipment assembly describe further with following components use and their functions.

(a) Air heating coil Electric current metal resister, heats air with air contact within the chamber when turned on.

(b) Air blower fan Metal or plastic fan, of air blower on motor shaft for air blowing process.

(c) Blower motor AC/DC dual power, functional electric motor of air blower.

(d) Air blower casing Metal or plastic casing on air blower unit for protection.

(e) Air hose Flollow tube or hose of plastic material, for air blowing passage through hollow tunnel and replaceable ultra violet UV lamp at the end of air hose.

(f) Frame Metal angles or and plastic combined foundation structure frame of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit.

(g) Shoe rack Metal, wood or plastic, fiberglass and or glass of open shelf body, a shoe stacking rack.

(h) Shoe compartment Metal, wood or plastic, glass and or fiberglass open close single or double door swingable, with UV ultra violet lamp installed shoe compartment.

(s) Slippers Rubber, plastic and metal ( may combine) body, resize able in length by new areal designed telescopic slippers set of 1-4 small, 5-9 medium, 10-16 large expendables, and wearable over most of the footwear types for indoor use.

(t) Sanitizing tray Detachable metal or plastic and or fiber glass body, shoe sole sanitizing tray filled with liquid sanitizer for footwear sanitizing from the bottom of the shoe on crisscross ramp.

(u) Carpet tray Detachable metal or plastic and or fiber glass body tray, holding carpet or doormat within the tray in front part of equipment for foot sole drying or wiping from the bottom.

(v) Sterilizing lamp Medically recommended ultra violet sterilizing lamp to sterilize complete footwear from outside and inside.

(w) Wires Plastic insulated electric resistant power conductor for electric components connectivity, to the main and battery.

(x) Wall plug Plastic body three pin wall plug socket and switch.

(y) Body Metal, fiber glass or plastic sheet body on equipment unit.

(z) Timer switch Time function power cutoff switch for air blower unit, UV ultra violet lamp and other electric components may requir.

(aa) Adopter Ac / Dc power reducer, converter. (bb) Remote sensor Infrared sensor device for transferring signal functions of equipment's electric components by remote control device.

(cc) Remote device Infrared beam remotely controllable device for electric components functions.

The new invention require (a) to (cc) number of components and their parts for fully functional hygienic footwear equipment rack unit. The invention may begin with the base frame (f) foundation structure frame comprise of metal or plastic or both, combine structure of any dimensions of length x breath x height as per the specifications of equipment unit or units.

The description as follows of each component and detail functionality of equipment unit. (a) Air heating coil may comprise of metal the electric current resister coil, when passed a low current through resistance coil results heat-up the coil, in the blower chamber up to desired period of time. A low volt air heating coil may installed within, the front part of (b) air blower fans chamber and (w) wired through the (o) circuit board to the (q) battery terminal and (x) wall slot plug switch for ac/dc circuit power supply, and also (w) wired to the (y) timer switch to (c) air blower fan motor. The (a) air heating coil may also be combined for cutoff function at certain interval by (y) timer switch. The moderate heating and air blowing may require to dry out wet or sweat, or damp shoes after washing or use, to remove moisture, sweat or odor from the shoes with hot air process of blow dry function for a time period may be useful to remove infestation of many bacterial or fungal, viral, infection, allergies and disease causing bodies from the shoes and remain fresh after treatment all the time free of germicides. This may prevent foot borne illness or allergies, wearing unhygienic footwear.

(b) Air blower fan may comprise of plastic or metal body fitted on the shaft of the motor, AC / DC operate able (electric motor). The air blower fan may place or fitted behind the (a) air heating coil to blow hot air from the tubal tunnel the (e) air blowing hose. The air blower fan motor and (a) air heating coil may combined to function on set (y) timer switch and for set period of time. The fan may designed to pull the air from back of the chamber hole and blow it down to the air tunnel, through the (e) air tunnel hose detachment in front of the air blowing unit. The air blower fan-blades, on (c) electric motor shaft rotates evenly, as combine motor function to blow air on high speed jet through the air tubal hose tunnel.

(c) Blower motor of hot air blower unit may comprise of ac/dc volts of higher rpm power operate able electric motor coils of copper or aluminum. Wired through (y) timer switch to run the motor up to certain period of time and to the (o) circuit board PCB, the (q) battery terminals and through (x) wall slot plug switch. The blower electrical motor may be located behind the electric (a) air heating coil and (b) air blower fan in blower's chamber casing and may place on top 1 st level of the equipment unit of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit.

(d) Air blower casing or unit may comprise of metal or plastic sheet body where hot air blower function may start within casing of protected cover. The air heating coil, air blower fan and blowers electric motor may functional on ac/dc power. This arrangement may be placed on top of the equipment unit of shoe rack for user friendly operations. The air blower casing protects from damage, direct moisture to its electrical components. And casing prevents direct contact of users and other to electric components, risking electrical shock or threat to life.

(e) Air hose may comprise of plastic detachable tubal tunnel for air passage, connected to the (d) air blower casing from outside for drying out the close shoe from inside. While shoe pair racked on open top shelf of equipment unit. This air blower hose at the end of the tunnel may be fitted with replaceable (v) ultra violet lamp and to air dry and sterilize the shoe from inside with ultra violet rays and air blower may be separately or commonly functional with the (r) switch and (cc) remote control device. The (e) air hose tunnel may wired for power supply from inside or outside to ultra violet lamp and (w) wired through (y) timer switch to the (o) circuit board, and through battery terminal and the (x) wall slot plug for complete circuitry and functions. (f) Frame the angles frame may comprise of metal, plastic or combine structure, the base foundation structure. Where the whole arrangements of electrical non electrical units and components assembled for function individually to obtain results. The angles frame may be sectioned on different level, the (f) frame shelfing on five levels may be the mount point of all components placements of equipment unit frame and the base bottom of metal sheet plate right above trays and legs on 6 th level of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit. The 5 th & 6 th level single or dual detachable tray drawer in the bottom. The bottom base plate may be the mount point on bottom of the (f) frame for conveyer electrical (m) motor, base and of (p) foot press power supply paddle, the (o) PCB circuit board, the (q) battery and (aa) an adapter behind the vertical partitioned plate accessible from the back of the hygienic footwear equipment rack unit for replacements or repairs.

On from both sides of the (f) frame's end, the two axels bar laid parallel, and horizontally on top and bottom of the angle (f) frame. And above the bottom base plate where all electrical components placed. This is for conveyer belts or chains to roll on vertically forward in a loop to convey slippers in sequence one after another.

The (f) frames bottom part with four legs may be on roller lock wheels to move the equipment if require from one place to another without lifting. The detachable and expandable drawer type trays, the sanitizing tray and carpet or doormat tray underneath the bottom base plate.

The (f) frame of angles, the foundation base structure may be of any dimensions and shape as per the equipment feasibility, viability of length x breath x height and good to fit, all components assembly. The (f) frame of angles may be lined up and in combination together for multiple units of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit as single set of equipment.

(g) Shoe rack may comprise of metal, wood or plastic, or fiber glass and or other solid materials. The open body shelf on 2 nd level, under air blower fan unit may be use for stacking, drying out and sterilizing of outdoor shoes from inside by ultra violet rays and the hot jet air blower. The (e) air hose tubal pipe may be fitted along with replaceable (z) ultra violet lamp in the front part of hose tunnel tube of reasonable length on the shoe rack to use (for close shoes stacked on the rack). The 2 nd level shoe rack shelf may be open from the front and partial from the top, for electrical air blower unit combine of the footwear equipment unit.

(h) Shoe compartment on 3 rd level may comprise of metal, plastic, fiber glass, wood or any other solid material with single or two side swing open close doors with transparent shelfing from all the sides for UV (v) ultra violet sterilization process and footwear treatment. The complete footwear body (outside) may be sterilize with replaceable (v) ultra violet medically recommended lamp fitted in the shoes compartment from all four sides and connected through electrical (w) wires for the sterilizing lamp function and further circuit through (z) timer switch, (o) circuit board PCB, (q) battery terminal and (x) wall slot plug switch. The (v) ultra violet lamp in the shoes compartment may be functional with ac/dc electrical power supply. (i) Axel may comprise of solid metal (hollow tube) round bar rod of iron or m/s mild steel body detachably connected from one end to another end within sides of the equipment's (f) frame unit horizontally laid, at the top and bottom from inside of equipment unit. The sets of axels each (parallel) laid or fitted (bolted) on the metal angles (f) frame of equipment unit. The sets of (k) free wheel sleeved and mounted on axels bar with hanger hooks on magnetic conveyer belts or metal (n) chains on to roll forward vertically described path, in a loop of end to end as of axels end point for complete rotation.

(j) Axel cups may comprise of iron or m/s mild steel, steel, metal or plastic for spacing between free wheels sets, sleeved and mounted on (i) axel bar thereon spaced by axel cups. The axel bar may be rotational with free wheels in snap lock (clockwise twist) condition for evenly axel cups rotation with free wheels on set. The axel cups tube may be strait from the center and ends both sides in cup shape spacer for required distancing between the free wheels.

(k) Free wheel may comprise of metal or plastic body. The circular shape round tether end at the end of the wheel. Fitted in the center with steel ball bearing cylinder. The free wheel, bearing cylinders sleeved and mounted on axel bar to reduced friction, on rotation of free wheel. The free wheels may carry magnetic conveyer belts and or metal chains hanger hooks mounted on chuck tether disk of free wheel. That convey the conveyer forward from ac/dc power electric motor connected to conveyer unit. The (m) motor may be place on the bottom base plate of the equipment unit above 5 th level. The free wheel may be similar to an example of bicycles free wheel for free backward rotation and geared forward rotation.

(L) Steel ball (bearing) may comprise of steel or m/s mild steel ball between two cylindrical tubes of free wheel in the center hole slot, to reduce friction on free circular motion of (k) free wheel on axel bar. The steel ball bearings may fitted in the center of cylindrical hole of (k) free wheel and may be sleeved through and mounted on (i) axel bar, the replaceable set.

(m) Electric motor may comprise of ac/dc slow rotation (rpm) motor of low power for conveyer set, a slow speed winded motor of low rpm, connected to conveyer belt straps or metal (n) chains. The electric motor may be placed or mounted on the bottom base metal plate of the equipment unit under 4 th level. The electric motor pulley chuck may be line up with (k) free wheels conveyer belts or (n) chains to convey the entire conveyer hanger, machines forward evenly in loop through guided path. The conveyer electric motor may be wired for power supply through hands free foot press paddle on base plate from the front and completion of circuit from (q) battery terminal, (o) the PCB circuit board, (aa) adapter and (w) wired completely to (x) wall slot plug switch.

(n) Chains may comprise of iron and of m/s mild steel metal inter connected locked, riveted together as set of single or more chains combined (as example of motorbike) chain or conveyer belt strap hanger pulley to hang on newly designed slippers, snap to connect on magnetic pull or detach hands free on use. The conveyer chain may vertically and angular designed at certain position loop path.

The conveyer belts or chains rolled around on rollers up and down on (k) free wheel tether chuck (pulley disk), mounted on axels bar. The two or more chains sets combine together inter locked riveted, from the side of metal chain body such as good example of motorbike or bicycle chain. The middle chains set of three or middle part of belts may move freely without free wheel and hold hooks and magnetic strips or magnetic pieces for detachable indoors new designed slippers to use hands free from the conveyer strap. The side by side chains may be mounted on free wheel to move evenly on conveyer machine.

(o) Circuit board may comprise of plastic body or PCB printed circuit board for ac/dc power supply and distribution center for electric components of equipment unit. The circuit board may connect directly and or wired through wall slot plug and or battery terminal. The circuit board may place anywhere on the bottom, metal base plate of the foundation structure (f) frame within the equipment unit. The circuit board may be connected to the on/off power switch for power function. The circuit board supply the power to all electric components through (q) battery, wired terminals or vise a Vis directly from the (x) wall slot plug in case of battery fault or power failure. The power supply to the PCB circuit board through (w)wired In line (aa) adapter placed in the equipment and wired to (x) wall slot plug switch for reduce power requirement's to low power equipment's through (q) battery and or directly to electric components through PCB circuit board.

(p) Paddle the foot press hands free paddle may be comprise of any geometrical shape metal peace, plastic insulated for shock prevention and push to start the conveyer electric motor function on press of foot paddle, for rolling of conveyer belts or metal chains hanger along with new designed slippers, to accessible position. Where user may hang or detach slippers hands free. The foot paddle may be located or placed in the bottom base plate (sheet) and this may be on the metal angles of (f) frames structure of equipment unit. Where other components example (m) electric conveyer motor, (q) battery, (aa) adopter, (o) PCB circuit board may also be located. The foot paddle on press, as foot (r) switch complete the electrical circuit to move conveyer motor wired through (q) battery terminal, (o) PCB circuit board, (cc) remote sensor device for remote control function and (x) wall slot plug switch.

(q) Battery may be comprise of lithium battery and place in the bottom of the equipment unit for dc power electrical supply to all electrical components of hygienic footwear equipment rack unit. The battery may be rechargeable on drain of power and recharged through (x) wall slot plug switch. The power supply wired through (aa) adapter and connected to the (q) battery terminals.

(r) Switch or switches may comprise of metal and plastic combined body located on top front at different parts of equipment body for electric circuit completion, as cut out switch and or for electric functions when turned on. The switches wired through (o) PCB circuit board to the electric components of equipment unit, battery terminal and wall slot plug to feed the ac/dc electric power supply on circuit completion.

(s) Slippers the newly designed indoor slippers may comprise of single dye mold or three to four layers set together, where a telescopic tube may be a magnetic or of iron metal plastic insulated tube penetrated and dye molded from in the middle center between the toes and heals. The telescopic tube may be expandable from the middle for up to 1-4, 5-9 and 10-16 length size in set of small, medium and large sizes respectively according to the foot size.

The slippers may bond together with glue or hot press dye mold as single unit.

All the layers bonded together from the bottom (sole) and the top (surface) as one piece with telescopic expandable and adjustable size slippers pair. The new designed slipper may be wearable over the shoes, footwear or bare foot. The new designed slipper may snap to hang on magnetic pull or detachable by wear on from the conveyer belts or chains of magnets and hanger hooks hands free. The slippers pair may be good for use on any surface or floor type. The slippers pair on conveyer hanger roll around in looped circular rotation, for user's set choice of (small 1-4/medium 5-9/large 10-16 set) slipper pair, fit over most of the general designed (ladies/gents) footwear due to stretchable flap over toe's part for grip.
