The present invention relates to a hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus capable of controlling the movement of a heating and rubbing device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus capable of controlling the movement of the heating and rubbing device, wherein the heating and rubbing device is capable of intensively massaging a part desired by a user and performing various types of massages, e.g., moxibustion or thermotherapy massage, and is capable of rapidly moving to a position desired by the user. To this end, the hyperthermo-therapeutic apparatus capable of controlling the movement of the heating and rubbing device, according to the present invention, comprises: the heating and rubbing device; a driver for moving the heating and rubbing device; a controller for controlling operations of the driver; and an input unit through which the user selects a desired thermotherapy massage pattern, wherein the controller has an automatic mode, in which the heating and rubbing device automatically moves to a position desired by the user and performs a thermotherapy massage when the user inputs a position desired to be massaged.
