Abstract:

An IC card (10) includes: a file creation unit (16) for creating a rights value file (hereinafter, referred to as “file”); an access control list setting unit (17) for setting an access authority to the file created; an authentication unit (14) for performing mutual authentication with an authority transfer destination (authority transfer destination to which all or a part of the access authority to the file has been transferred) and verifying authority transfer certificate data presented from the authority transfer destination; and an operation control unit (15) for controlling the operation of the file according to the access authority which has been set, in the normal mode, and controlling operation of the file by the authority transfer destination according to the access authority transfer content indicated in the authority transfer certificate data instead of the access authority set, when the verification result of the authority transfer certificate data is normal.
