Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing ice creams containing solid or paste-like ingredients by discharging fluid ingredients and cooled cream from nozzles into a container, the method being characterized in that: a nozzle for discharging the ingredients is arranged substantially in the center of the container, and a plurality of cream discharge nozzles are arranged around the ingredient discharge nozzle; the ingredients and the cream are discharged so that the cream arrives in the container at the same time as or earlier than the ingredients; the ingredients are spread out as a result of the pressure from the surrounding cream, and the solid or paste-like ingredients which have been cooled by the cream are contained inside the cream; the ingredients are emulsions which include chocolate, sauce, jam or fats.
