Abstract:
Provided are an ice-crushing device and a refrigerator, wherein the ice-crushing device comprises: a housing assembly (10) with a housing (11) and an ice bucket (12), wherein an ice discharge substrate (13) is arranged at the bottom of the ice bucket (12), and the ice discharge substrate (13) is provided with an ice discharge port (131) communicating with the ice bucket (12); a driving mechanism (30) for driving the ice bucket (12) or an ice cutter shaft (51) to rotate, an ice crushing mechanism (50), and a stop assembly; when the ice-crushing device (100) is in a first state, the stop assembly is in an initial state and a stop surface is formed to block an ice block from falling on the ice discharge port (131); and when the ice crushing device (100) is in a second state, the stop assembly changes in position or shape to release the stop surface under the action of an external force, and after the external force disappears, the stop assembly returns to the initial state and forms the stop surface again.
