Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide an ice cutting machine in which the center of gravity of an ice can be easily aligned with the axis of a rotary shaft when the ice is placed on a cutting table, and vibrating and rattling of the machine can be suppressed. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] The ice cutting machine comprises the cutting table so mounted that a cutting blade projects from a slit, an ice holder for holding the ice placed on the table from the upper side, a rotary mechanism for rotating the ice holder, and a lifting mechanism for lifting the ice holder. A plate recess is formed in the cutting table. A tapered ice guide member that expands downward is attached to the ice holder. When the ice holder is lowered by driving the lifting mechanism, the ice guide member guides the ice toward its axis center, and the center of gravity of the ice can be automatically aligned with the axis of the rotary shaft.
