Abstract:
An ice making assembly (100) and a refrigerator having the ice making assembly (100). The ice making assembly (100) comprises an ice mold (10) having a plurality of ice trays for containing water for making ice; a refrigerant pipe (20) extending from one end to the other end of the ice mold (10) and located at the bottom of the ice mold (10); and a heating wire (30) fixed to the bottom of the ice mold (10) and spaced apart from the refrigerant pipe (20). The ice mold further comprises a fixing member (40) movably connected to the ice mold (10), wherein the fixing member (40) can operably move between two positions; in a first position, the fixing member (40) is engaged with the refrigerant pipe (20) so as to fix the refrigerant pipe (20) to the ice mold (10); and in a second position, the fixing member (40) is disengaged from the refrigerant pipe (20) so as to release the refrigerant pipe (20). When the refrigerant pipe (20) and the ice mold (10) are mounted and are separated, no tool is needed, and only the fixing member (40) needs to be operated to move, such that mounting is very convenient, and cost is lower.
