Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ICT fusion-type tension pulley manufacturing system in which an automatic supply device (10), a first transfer unit (20), a first processing device (30), a second transfer unit (40), a second processing device (50), a numerical measurement device (60), a control device (70), and an automatic discharge device (80) interwork with a monitoring terminal through a communication network to enable monitoring according to driving of a device. The ICT fusion-type tension pulley manufacturing system enables monitoring by a worker and enables a control device to identify a processing state and a device state and determine whether to stop processing, thereby preventing the occurrence of defects and improving the quality of a workpiece.
