- First item : ”Electronic goal board” :

• Electronic goal board, they are two electronic boards in both edges, as seen in the drawing when the ball touches one of the boards, the device light up of high sound happens of scoring a goal which is calculated with two goal and all the information is sent to the screen which is limited to the boards through wire or wireless.

- Second item : ”Theory of the game” :

• It is a rectangular court with length m and width m or with length m and width m.

• They match is played between two teams each team consists of two or three players.

• Both teams is competing during the match duration to score a goal in the traditional goal or in the electronic goal boards.

• Match duration is two periods, each period is minutes.

• During the match, the two teams compete to win by scoring more goals in the traditional goal post or SOCCER.

• A goal scored in the traditional goalpost is a single goal. While the goal scored in the electronic goal post is set as goals. The match starts and both teams try to score the largest number of goals on both goal posts.

Theory of operating the new game device SOCCER

• During the match, the player shoots towards to goal post to score goals. When the ball hits the new device, vibration and collision occur. A pulse may generate within the piezo (sensitive to vibration and shock) with high effectiveness and ability. It is a sensitive element used in many applications. • The device lights up and high sound happens of scoring a goal which is calculated with two goals.

• This signal is amplified by means of an electronic circuit, then the amplified signal may send to the counter circuit and it links to the match results screen and this way the goals are counted electronically.

• The circuit is multifunctional. It allows personal use to control, correct and shows the score, names, advertisement and match liming. All these information may be sent to the screen wired or wireless.

• The new device used in SOCCER game has rules different than any of other sports.

Players:

- The match is played between two teams. Each team consists of (two players), one of whom is the goalkeeper. The match cannot start if the number of players for one of the two teams is less than (two players).

- Matches can be played (with three) players, one of whom is a goalkeeper.

Substitution Procedures:

- Substitutes may be used in any match in an official competition.

- A maximum of substitutes can be used, including (a goalkeeper) and the number of substitutions during the match is not specified (open) that the player who is substituted can return to play as a substitute for another player and that the substitution process then takes place at any time regardless if the ball in play or out of play.

- When replacing a player with a substitute, the following conditions shall be observed:

- The Player exits the field from its half by jumping from anywhere on the side towards the reserve players above the edge of the field, which is meter long.

- The play resumes from the center line with a direct free kick.

- The goalkeeper is replaced in the same way as the player is replaced from anywhere in the half field, along with the departure of (the main goalkeeper) before the entry of the (substitute goalkeeper).

Decisions

- At the beginning of the match, each team shall have (two players).

- If players are expelled and the team has only player left, the match shall be cancelled. The Power of Referee

- Each match is managed by a (Referee) who has the absolute power to apply the articles of the Law of Game in relation to the match in which he is appointed from the first moment he enters the court until he leaves the court.

Powers and Duties

The Referee does the following:

- Executes the Laws of Game.

- Records the events of the match and submits a report to the competent entities including information on any disciplinary measures taken against players, team officials or any other incidents that occurred before, during or after the match.

- Works as a timer in the absence of the Second Referee.

- The play stops, suspends or ends the match, in accordance with his belief, for any violation of the Articles of Law.

- Stops, suspends or terminates a match due to external interference of any kind.

- Disciplinary measures are taken against players convicted of cautionary or expulsion offences

- The Referee is obliged to take such measures directly, but shall do so at the first opportunity that the ball is out of play.

- Measure are taken against team officials who fail to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and may in accordance with his conviction, be expelled from the court and its immediate surroundings.

- Ensures that no unauthorized person enters the court.

- He stops the match if he sees that a player is seriously injured and makes sure that he is removed from the court. The injured player is not allowed to return to the court until after play has resumed or a substitute player enters.

- Ensures that any ball used meets the requirements in Article (''').

- Stands and moves on the opposite side to the substitute players.

Decisions of Referee

- Referee decisions regarding facts relevant to play are considered final.

Article The Second Referee

Powers and Duties

The Second Referee must be appointed in the near place of two teams outside the pitch.

- The Second Referee must assist the Referee in the following:

To make sure that the substitutions has been done correctly. Observe switching the balls at the request of the Referee. In the event of an injury to the Referee, the Second Referee shall play the role of (The Referee). Inspect the players kits and shoes of the substitutes before enter the pitch.

Notifying the Referee in case of any confusion of Yellow Card or Red Card.

Article The Referee (Time Registrar)

- In addition to helping the Second Referee, he does the following:

Observing the match time and meets the requirements set out in Article . Stops the Stopwatch when the ball is out of the pitch. Announce the end of the first half or the end of the match - by using a whistle or any other distinctive sound different from the referee's whistle or intermittent whistle. In the event of any improper interference or bad behavior from the Second Referee, the First Referee may dispense his services and replace him with the Time Referee and to submit a report to the concerned authorities.

- Record the number of goals for each team.

- Record the names and numbers of players who have been booked or fired.

Article Match Time

Play Duration

- The duration of the match is ( minutes) divided to two equal periods, minutes for each.

- The Time Referee shall start match time as per his duties in Article -

- Either half time may be extended until playing the penalty.

- Halftime break.

- The Halftime break between halves should not exceed minutes.

Article Method of Scoring a Goal

A Goal Scored The Goal is scored when the ball has completely passed the goal's line between the two posts and under the crossbar. When it touches one of the boards behind the goal, it counts (two goals). That the team has scored the goal has not committed a violation of the articles of the Game Law before scoring the goal. The Winner

- The team who scores the most goals during the match, will be the winner.

- If both teams score an equal number of goals, and if no goals are scored, the result of the match will be Draw.

Previous Rules

In the event that the rules of the competition stipulate that, there is a winner in a match ended with draw, only the following procedures shall be applied:

- The rule of foreign goals (Away).

- Additional time ( minutes) divided to two halves.

- Penalty kicks.
