Abstract:
[Problem] To identify a person without requiring the person to carry an IC card or the like. [Solution] An identification system 100 comprising a smart device 10 and a server 20 capable of communicating with the smart device 10, wherein: the smart device 10 is provided with an imaging unit for imaging a person and generating an image of the person, and a transmission unit for transmitting the image of the person to the server. The server 20 is provided with a reception unit for receiving the image of the person from the smart device, and an identification unit for identifying the person on the basis of the received image of the person. The server 20 is also provided with a transmission unit for transmitting the identified person to another system.
