Abstract:
Provided is an identification system (100) that identifies whether a person present in a predetermined area of a facility is a registered person. The identification system is provided with a facility-side device (2) and a transmitter (1), which is carried by a registered person and transmits an identification signal. The facility-side device is provided with: an identification signal reception device that receives the identification signal transmitted by the transmitter; an event detection unit that detects the transmission of an event for initiating successive processing for determining whether a person present in a detection area is a registered person; and a person identification unit that determines whether the person present in the detection area is a registered person by comparing registered identification information and an identification signal that the identification signal reception device received in a detection time slot, for which the time at which an event transmission is detected is set as a standard, said detection time slot including at least the detection time.
