Abstract:
An identifying device (10) is connected to a first communication device and a second communication device that perform time synchronization through transmission and reception of a time synchronization signal in accordance with one profile of a plurality of profiles and identifies the profile to be used at at least the first communication device of the first communication device and the second communication device. The identifying device (10) includes identifying units (12U, 12L) that identify the profile to be used at the first communication device on the basis of information related to the transmission and reception of a time synchronization signal in accordance with one profile of a plurality of profiles and a time synchronization method, the information being contained in the time synchronization signal obtained from the first communication device.
