Abstract:
The present invention relates to a conjugate in which the Fc region of an immunoglobulin is attached to an iduronate-2-sulfatase enzyme by means of a non-peptide polymer linker. Disclosed are a conjugate in which a non-peptide polymer linker is specifically attached to the Fc region of an immunoglobulin, a method for producing the conjugate, and a composition comprising same.
