Abstract:
An illumination apparatus (1) provided with: a reflector (40), which has a first reflecting surface (41) in the form of a rotating surface, and a downward-facing light-emitting opening (40b) via which direct light from a light source (20) and light reflected from the first reflecting surface (41) exit; and a cone 50, which has a second reflecting surface (52) describing the shape of a roughly truncated cone, an upper opening part (50a) facing the light-emitting opening (40b), and a lower opening part (50b) that has a larger diameter than the upper opening part (50a), the cone (50) being positioned outside of the optical path of the controlled reflected light from the first reflecting surface (41), wherein the illumination apparatus can cut at least some uncontrollable reflected light while preventing any decrease in the quantity of controlled reflected light.
