Abstract:
An illumination device (1) and a lamp (2). The illumination device (1) comprises a light source supply assembly (10) and a curved light guide component (11). The light source supply assembly (10) comprises a fixing base (101) and a light source module (102), wherein the fixing base (101) is provided with two first accommodating regions (1011) opposite each other, the light source module (102) is arranged in at least one of the two first accommodating regions (1011), two ends of the curved light guide component (11) are inserted into the two first accommodating regions (1011), one end of the curved light guide component (11) corresponding to the light source module (102) is provided with a light source light guide bump (112), the light source light guide bump (112) is provided with a light incident face (1121) corresponding to the light source module (102), and the light source module (102) provides a light source, and the light source enters from the light incident face (1121) and is propagated along the curved light guide component (11).
