Abstract:
This illumination device is provided with: a light-emitting unit for emitting illumination light; and a control unit for controlling the light-emitting unit. The control unit controls illumination light such that a first reduction rate of the melanopic illuminance of illumination light turned on during night-time with respect to the melanopic illuminance of illumination light turned on during day-time becomes higher than a second reduction rate of the illuminance of illumination light turned on during night-time with respect to the illuminance of illumination light turned on during day-time.
