Abstract:
Provided is an illumination device capable of improving light extraction efficiency. This illumination device comprises a first lens (263) and a second lens (264), and a first light-emitting element (21c) and a second light-emitting element (21d). A surface of the first lens (263) includes an emission surface (263c), an incident surface (263a), and a reflection surface (263b). First light (C1) includes second light (C1), and is incident from the first light-emitting element (21c) onto the first lens (263), is reflected by the reflection surface (263b), and is emitted from the emission surface (263c). The second light (C1) occupies 50% or more of the light incident onto the first lens (263) from the first light-emitting element (21c), and is emitted upward in the installation state of the illumination device along a direction forming 5 degrees or more with respect to the normal direction (G1) of a substrate (21b). Third light (C3, C4) which is emitted from the second light-emitting element (21d) and passes through the second lens (264) is emitted downward in the installation state of the lighting device.
