Abstract:
An illumination optical system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a first fly-eye lens that divides irradiated light from a light source unit into a plurality of optical fluxes, magnifies the irradiated light to irradiate the same, and is formed by a plurality of first lens cells being arranged in a vertical-horizontal matrix pattern; and a second fly-eye lens that is disposed at a latter stage from the first fly-eye lens and is formed by a plurality of second lens cells, which correspond one-to-one to the plurality of first lens cells constituting the first fly-eye lens and have a larger lens pitch than the plurality of first lens cells, being arranged in a vertical-horizontal matrix pattern.
