Abstract:
The present invention relates to an image acquisition device and a parameter determination method. The device is used for acquiring an image of a weld pool, and the device comprises: an image acquisition module, used for acquiring an image; a light filtering module, provided at an acquisition end of the image acquisition module, comprising a narrow bandpass filter, and used for filtering radiation light, wherein the central wavelength of the narrow bandpass filter is related to a spectral response of the image acquisition module, the spectrum of the weld pool in a welding process and the spectrum of arc light; and an attenuation module, provided at the acquisition end of the image acquisition module, comprising an optical attenuation sheet, and used for attenuating the radiation light. According to the embodiments of the present invention, high-temperature heat radiation of a weld pool and high-radiation arc light interference of arc light can be well filtered out while ensuring that an image acquisition module has a relatively high signal-to-noise ratio and photosensitive sensitivity, so that the light intensity of the acquired image is homogenized, a phenomenon of large-area overexposure is avoided, and high-quality observation of the weld pool area is realized.
