Abstract:
An image capture control apparatus comprises: a flicker detection unit that detects a light source flicker component included in an image; and a control unit that controls image capture timing according to the result of detection by the flicker detection unit. The control unit controls the image capture timing according to the peak or bottom timing of the detected flicker component.
