Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an image capture device, an image capture method, and a program suitable for capturing images of light having different wavelengths.
[Solution] An image capture device according to the present technology is provided with: an image capture element; an optical element; a first aperture; a second aperture; and an aperture control unit. The image capture element performs photoelectric conversion by subjecting, to wavelength separation, first light having a first wavelength and second light having a second wavelength which are included in incident light. The optical element focuses light onto the image capture device. The first aperture is disposed along the path of the incident light, and includes a first opening portion which transmits the first light and the second light, and a first blocking portion which blocks the first light and transmits the second light. The second aperture is disposed along the path of the incident light, and includes a second opening portion which transmits the first light and the second light and a second blocking portion which blocks the second light and transmits the first light. The aperture control unit controls the size of each of the first opening portion and the second opening portion.
