Abstract:
Provided is an image-capture device that can cause information to be confirmed by a user to be displayed at an easily viewable position on a display of an observation unit. An image-capture device according to one embodiment comprises: an image-capture element, an observation unit that includes a display and an observation optical system; and a processor that causes a captured image which is based on an image-capture signal read out from the image-capture element and related information which is regarding the generation of the captured image, to be displayed on the display. During image-capturing by the image-capture element, the processor causes the related information to be displayed at a first display position and a second display position on the display. The second display position is further to the inner side of the display than the first display position, the type of the related information displayed at the second display position is set in advance before image-capturing, and the processor switches between displaying and not displaying the related information at the second position on the basis of specific operations by the user during image-capturing.
