Abstract:
Provided is an image-capturing device and an electronic apparatus that can suppress performance degradation caused by charge accumulation. The image-capturing device comprises: a photoelectric conversion layer having a first surface and a second surface disposed on the opposite side from the first surface; a first electrode disposed near the first surface; and a second electrode disposed near the second surface. Assuming that a region superimposed on the first electrode is a first region and a region placed out of the first electrode is a second region in the thickness direction of the photoelectric conversion layer, the first thickness of the photoelectric conversion layer in at least a part of the first region is smaller than the second thickness of the photoelectric conversion layer in the second region.
