Title:
IMAGE CAPTURING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/107004
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an image capturing device for three-dimensional measurement wherein image capturing can be carried out efficiently without excess and lack. An image capturing device (1) for three-dimensional measurement captures the image of an article (2) to be measured from different positions by using a single camera (3) so that the capturing areas are overlapped and at least one mark put on the article (2) to be measured is always included, extracts the mark from each captured image and distinguishes the code information of the mark, extracts the capturing area image from each captured image by using the extracted mark, counts the capturing area images included in all captured images, groups the capturing area images according to the count, arranges a mark having the code information on the capturing range image for representing the capturing range of the article (2) to be measured, fits each capturing area image to the capturing range image so that the position and the code information of a mark arranged in the capturing range image match the position and the code information of a mark extracted from each captured image, and then displays each capturing area image in different mode for every group.
