Abstract:
An image classification apparatus and an image classification method are provided. The image classification method, which is a method performed by the image classification apparatus, comprises the steps in which: a genetic mutation test unit of the image classification apparatus performs a plurality of different types of tests for identifying genetic mutation by using a cell image obtained by photographing cells; a control unit of the image classification apparatus acquires a plurality of images through the plurality of tests; the control unit associates at least one of cell location information and test type information with respect to each of the plurality of images; and the control unit classifies the plurality of images into a first type image and a second type image that is different from the first type.
