Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to perform image conversion from a low-resolution image to a high-resolution image while taking differentiated values of the images into consideration. A training conversion unit 22 inputs a first image for training into a conversion processing model for converting a first image into a second image having a resolution higher than that of the first image, and thereby obtains a second image for training corresponding to the first image for training. A differentiated value calculating unit 24 calculates a differentiated value from the obtained second image for training, and calculates a differentiated value from a correct second image corresponding to the first image for training. A training unit 26 then trains the conversion processing model by associating the calculated differentiated value of the second image for training with the differentiated value of the correct second image.
