Abstract:
An image correction apparatus (1) comprises: a dividing unit (10) for dividing an image, obtained by a first imaging device (21) that images a moving imaging target, into a final time point image that is formed at the final time point of a time in which the image is formed and into a non-final time point image that is formed before the final time point and for dividing each of the final time point image and the non-final time point image on the basis of the position of the imaging target into a plurality of areas for each of a plurality of exposure times required when portions of each of the final time point image and the non-final time point image are formed; and a correction unit (12) for correcting the brightness value of each area. For the plurality of areas included in the final time point image, the correction unit (12) corrects the brightness value of a correction target area by use of a first correction value corresponding to an exposure time required when the correction target area is formed; and for the plurality of areas included in the non-final time point image, the correction unit (12) corrects the brightness value of a correction target area by use of the first correction value and a second correction value corresponding to the non-final time point image.
