Abstract:
The image correction method comprises a step of reducing the honeycomb pattern in an input image, which comprises a honeycomb pattern and has been transmitted by a fiber bundle, by performing blur processing that uses smoothing with a digital filter computation, and of enhancing the contour of the object, which is captured in the input image and has been blurred by the blur processing, by performing contour enhancement processing on the blurred image on which blur processing was performed.
