Abstract:
An image decoding device (31) is provided with a transformation coefficient decoding unit (311) for decoding a transformation coefficient for each transformation tree included in a coding unit. In the transformation tree, the transformation coefficient decoding unit divides a transformation unit corresponding to luminance and decodes a transformation coefficient regarding the luminance, and decodes a transformation coefficient regarding a color difference without dividing a transformation unit corresponding to the color difference.
