Abstract:
An image foreground detection apparatus and method, and an electronic device. In the apparatus and method, by means of replacing a sample value with a maximum pixel value difference with a predetermined probability when a background model is updated, the accuracy of the background model can be effectively improved, and a relatively large number of accurate and complete foreground image blocks can be quickly obtained.
