Abstract:
An image formation device comprises: a photosensitive drum (41) that rotates along a prescribed rotation axis; a development device (45) that faces the surface of the photosensitive drum (41) and that forms a development nip; a transfer roller (47) positioned on the downstream side of the development nip in the rotation direction, the transfer roller (47) facing the surface of the photosensitive drum (41) and forming a transfer nip; a guide member (81) positioned between the development nip and the transfer nip, the guide member (81) coming into contact with the surface of a blank sheet and guiding the blank sheet to the transfer nip; and a blocking member (87) that blocks a gap between the guide member (81) and the development device (45). A notch (85) is formed in the distal-end part of the guide member (81) on the photosensitive-drum (41) side thereof.
