Abstract:
This image forming device is provided with: an image retention unit that retains a color material image including an adjustment image; a transfer unit that has a transfer region in which the color material image is transferred onto the recording medium from the image retention unit; an image forming mechanism that forms the adjustment image in the image retention unit; and a conveyance unit that causes the recording medium to pass through the transfer region of the transfer unit while being retained by the retention unit.
