Abstract:
The present invention relates to an image decoding method. An image decoding method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining a prediction mode of a current block on the basis of the size of the current block; and generating a prediction block of the current block on the basis of the determined prediction mode, wherein the step of determining the prediction mode of the current block determines the prediction mode of the current block on the basis of a result of comparison of the size of the current block to a preset value.
