An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus according to the present invention may: determine an intra prediction mode of a current block; determine one or more reference lines of the current block from among a plurality of reference line candidates available for the current block; and perform intra prediction of the current block on the basis of the intra prediction mode and the one or more reference lines, which have been determined.
