Abstract:
An image noise reduction device capable of obtaining an image having less noise and good visibility and an imaging device using the same are provided. The image noise reduction device comprises a frequency separation means that receives an image signal and separates the image signal into at least two components which are a first frequency component and a second frequency component, an inter-frame filter that performs filtering on the first frequency component output from the frequency separation means at a predetermined ratio according to an inter-frame correlation, and a combination means that combines the first frequency component output from the inter-frame filter and the second frequency component output from the frequency separation means to generate and output an image signal.
