An image pickup optical camera (10), sequentially comprising, from an object side to an image side, a first lens (L1), a second lens (L2), a third lens (L3), a fourth lens (L4), a fifth lens (L5), a sixth lens (L6), a seventh lens (L7), and an eighth lens (L8). The following relational expressions are satisfied: f1≥0, 1.90≤f2/f≤8.00, 1.55≤n6≤1.70, and -11.00≤(R9+R10)/(R9-R10)≤-4.00. Provided is an image pickup optical camera that has good optical performance and is ultra-thin.
