Abstract:
An image processing apparatus characterized by comprising: a first generating means for generating a second image by controlling the orientation of a first image in accordance with a first setting which is a rotating or inverting process setting; a second generating means for generating a third image by controlling the orientation of the second image in accordance with a second setting which is a rotating or inverting process setting; and a control means for 1) controlling a display means to display the third image, and 2) in response to a first trigger, controlling the second generating means to generate a fourth image by controlling the orientation of the second image so as to cancel the control by the first generating means regardless of the second setting, and controlling the display means to display the fourth image.
