Abstract:
An image processing-based system for screening the temperature characteristics of a bimetal sheet of a temperature controller. The system belongs to the technical field of automatized equipment and comprises: a test furnace (2) and a processor; the surface of an operating table (1) is provided with a hole for placing the test furnace (2), and the test furnace (2) is internally provided with multiple temperature controller bimetal sheets to be detected; an image acquisition apparatus is fixed on the operating table (1) by means of a support, and the optical axis of the image acquisition apparatus is coaxial with the center line of the test furnace (2) for use in acquiring in real time temperature controller bimetal sheet image data in the test furnace (2) and transmitting same to the processor; the processor determines, according to the received image data, the current status of a temperature controller bimetal sheet to be detected and determines the temperature hopping range of a diaphragm of the temperature controller bimetal sheet according to the current temperature in test furnace (2); thus, the consistency of the environment in which bimetal sheets are located is guaranteed while implementing detection on a large scale, thereby preventing the impact on a detection result from differences between detection precisions for different detection grooves.
