Abstract:
The present invention relates to an image processing device for automatic segment classification, and a method for driving same device. The image processing device for automatic segment classification according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a communication interface unit for receiving an image obtained by photographing a predetermined space; and a control unit for automatically classifying multiple areas including different types of designated objects including places in the received photographed image, into segments of respective areas, and processing a segment-specific event on the basis of the automatically classified segments.
