Abstract:
An image processing device according to the present invention comprises: an imaging processing unit that controls image-capturing by a camera having a prescribed imaging area set as a target; and a sharpness determination unit that determines whether shape detection of a tool is advisable on the basis of the sharpness of a confirmation image, which is a captured image for confirmation in the imaging area. The image-capturing processing unit executes shape detection of a tool on the condition that shape detection is permitted on the basis of the sharpness of the confirmation image.
