Abstract:

This image processing device is provided with: an increase region extraction unit (110) which acquires a first image (11) and a second image (12), which are two images forming a moving image, then compares a first increase feature value representing each first pixel in the first image (11) with a second increase feature value representing the second pixel in the second image (12) corresponding to the first pixel, and extracts an increase region (1101); a decrease region extraction unit (120) which compares a first decrease feature value representing each first pixel with a second decrease feature value representing the second pixel corresponding to the first pixel, and extracts a decrease region (1201); and a determination unit (1300) which determines whether the first image (11) and the second image (12) are suitable for image processing, on the basis of the degree of difference (C) between the area (I) of the increase region and the area (D) of the decrease region.
