Abstract:
This image processing device comprises: an alignment means that arranges a pixel of interest and a plurality of adjacent pixels that are positioned around the pixel of interest in order by the magnitude of the luminance values thereof; a determination means that determines whether the pixel of interest is in a prescribed middle range of the pixel of interest and the plurality of pixels as arranged by the alignment means; and a commutation means that, when the pixel of interest is not in the prescribed range, commutes the luminance value of the pixel of interest on the basis of the luminance values of the pixels in the prescribed range.
