Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide an image processing device and an image processing method that allow degradation forecasting of an imaging subject to be carried out with good precision on the basis of a plurality of images wherein the imaging subject is dividedly captured. An image processing device according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises: an image input part for receiving an input of a plurality of images wherein an imaging subject is dividedly captured; a composite damage information acquisition part for acquiring composite damage information, which is information that composites the results of a damage detection for the plurality of images; a degradation forecast model acquisition part for acquiring a degradation forecast model of the imaging subject; a damage degree computation part for computing a degree of damage for the imaging subject on the basis of the composite damage information; and a degradation forecast model revision part for revising the degradation forecast model on the basis of the degree of damage.
