The present application relates to image processing technology. Provided are an image processing method and apparatus, and a device. The method comprises: receiving an original image signal transmitted by a signal mainboard in an electronic device, the original image signal comprising an original image to be displayed, and the original image signal being received by the signal mainboard from another device; calling a pre-stored superposition image from a storage chip, superposing the pre-stored superposition image on said original image in the original image signal so as to obtain a target image, and generating a target image signal corresponding to the target image; and transmitting the target image signal to a display screen for display. The method in the present application allows the display screen to simultaneously display the superposition image while not changing the original image, so that all target images displayed by the display screen are displayed in an effect of paper images, thus solving the technical problem of relatively high limitations of a display screen for displaying an effect of paper images.
