Abstract:
An image processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a color endoscopic image in a time series sampling video; extracting a boundary region image in the color endoscopic image, and determining boundary points according to the boundary region image; using pixel point information in preset region ranges of the boundary points and gradient information determined according to the boundary points to obtain restoration values of the boundary points, wherein the pixel point information comprises contribution values and distance information, and the gradient information comprises x-direction gradient information and y-direction gradient information; and replacing the values of the boundary points in the color endoscopic image with all the restoration values so as to obtain a restored image. The present application solves the problem of color boundary image restoration caused by a movement of an instrument in the body or an internal organ, the image is more intuitive and clearer, and medical personnel can conveniently perform observation by using the restored image.
