Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are an image processing method, an image processing apparatus, and a photographing device, for use in improving use experience. The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a photographing device controls, by means of a controller, a second camera to focus to a target position where a target is located, wherein a second depth of field is provided when the second camera focuses to the target; the photographing device determines a first depth of field according to the target position, wherein the overlapping depth of field of the first depth of field and the second depth of field is less than a third threshold, and the target is located in the overlapping depth of field; the photographing device determines, according to the depth-of-field table of a first camera, a first position corresponding to the first depth of field, wherein the first position is different from the target position; the photographing device controls, by means of the controller, the first camera to focus to the first position; the photographing device obtains a first image and a second image; the photographing device blurs the region other than the target in the first image or the second image to obtain a target image.
