An image processing method and apparatus, and an image processing system. The image processing method comprises: acquiring an initial image (S2001); converting the initial image from one type into another type according to an image characteristic of the initial image, so as to obtain a target image (S2002); and presenting the target image or performing analysis processing on the target image (S2003). An initial image can be processed according to an image characteristic of the initial image, so as to obtain another type of image.
