Abstract:
An image processing method and apparatus are disclosed. The image processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: obtaining an X-ray image; converting the obtained X-ray image to be in the frequency domain; detecting peak shape information from the converted X-ray image in the frequency domain; selecting peak candidate regions on the basis of the peak shape information; determining whether each of the selected peak candidate regions is a grid peak and generating a peak map; filtering on the basis of the generated peak map; converting the filtered X-ray image in the frequency domain to be in the spatial domain; and providing the X-ray image converted to be in the spatial domain.
