Abstract:
This image processing method comprises: a step in which a pixel value of each pixel of a cell image (31) is converted to a relative value; a step in which a frequency component image (50) that results from extracting a prescribed frequency component is acquired from a converted cell image (40); a step in which a first image (61a) that results from binarizing the converted cell image (40) and a second image (62) that results from binarizing the frequency component image (50) are acquired; and a step in which a binarized image (70) of the cell image (31) is generated by combining the first image (61) and the second image (62).
